1. Acceptance of Terms

phwin8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of phwin8 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one phwin8 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwin8 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phwin8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify phwin8 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Account Ownership: phwin8 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phwin8 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phwin8 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements. The following general rules apply:

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phwin8 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the phwin8 platform without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, phwin8 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the phwin8 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the phwin8 platform is to stop using the Service and close your account.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
